Phoenix Consulting SAS was founded in 2021, by Nick Kettles, an International Coach Federation Master Certified Coach and Leadership development trainer of 18 years’ experience, to meet the bespoke training needs of organisations in a changing world. Over many years, regardless of the challenge, whether technological disruption, geopolitical changes, or a failed re-org, Nick noticed one variable remained the same, true sustainable organisational change is not possible unless leaders learn to lead from a foundation of deep self-acceptance and authenticity.
Often this work of developing our Leader Within, calls us to embrace parts of ourselves which we have marginalised into the shadow. At the intersection of what we want to present to the world and what we wish to hide, lies the power of courageous action in service of what matters most. Facilitating such transformation is a process which requires the creation of a psychological safe and empowered space. This more sensitive yet ultimately more powerful transformation is where Phoenix Consulting SAS specialises.
